Doliva is the the new denomination of Alphagri and the leading compagny in its domain in Algeria. Alphagri was created in 2002 to import, sell and install olive oil machinery for Algeria. Due to the extension of our business, Alphagri changed its denomination to DOLIVA to include technical new services such as technical assistance for olive oil machinery and mostly the exportation of olive and virgin olive oil. Doliva offers also its expertise in the study and valorization of olive oil projects. Our exported products are conformed to international norms (Codex Alimentarius and International Olive Oil Council (IOOC).The different olive oil types furnished by our company are listed in the following section:Virgin olive oil:- Extra virgin olive oil: Oleic acid is lower or equal to 1% and/or organoleptic test higher or equal to 6,5.- Virgin olive oil (fine): Oleic acid is lower or equal to 2% and/or organoleptic test higher or equal to 5,5.- Ordinary virgin olive oil: Oleic acid is lower or equal to 3,3% and/or organoleptic test higher or equal to 3,5.- Lampante virgin olive oil: Oleic acid is higher than 3,3% and/or organoleptic test lower than 3,5.We export also different types of Olive and Olive Oil machinery
