We manufacture pet snacks and treats, for cats and dogs, recognizing their protein requirement as carnivorous animals.Our pet food is an ongoing process of development, and we are in negotiation with Wenger/USA to set up a dry pet food plant shortly.We suggest it should be fed once a day to augment the protein needs of cats and dogs, along with their normal food or as a bonus for being a nice dog/cat!Feed proportion will be dependent on the dogs size, age etc.Most pet food has carbohydrate(s) as a major ingredient(s), not protein!Cats and dogs are carnivorous. They do need protein much more than they need carbohydrates. Most carbohydrates pass through a cat or dogs digestive system without really contributing, or accumulate in their body as stored fat.Carnivores rarely have digestive systems to extract nutrients from carbohydrates.One of our products is ball shaped, very much like a meat ball.Following is a description--Freshly slaughtered, boneless beef is fed into a grinder for mincing.The minced meat, wheat flour etc. Is put in a mixer for thorough distribution of all material evenly.The mixed preparation is delivered to a bowl cutter for creating a paste.The paste is fed in to a ball forming machine, which dumps the ball into warm water, about 60 degree Celsius.The balls are then moved to vats of water, heated up to at 80 degree Celsius.After cooking for 30 minutes, the balls are dried by electrical fans for about 30 minutes.The dried balls are then immediately packed, in 1 kg poly bags, and vacuum sealed. This product maybe classified as semi-moist. The boiling is done for two reasons: A) To eliminate bacteria b) To pre-cook the wheat for easy digestibility of a canine or feline.If baking is needed, then we bake the balls in gas fired smoking chamber(originally meant for smoking sausages). If needed, we can put in fat or cooking oil inside the camber for flavoring the product. After baking, the balls are allowed to cool and packed immediately. This product may be classified as semi dry.Let us take a content of 70% meat + 30% Additives and binders. The additives and binders, in a Kg of ball, will be 300 grams of Flour(wheat or Rice) + 25 grams of Salt,30 grams of Mixed Phosphates and 10 grams of Nitrate.In a vacuum sealed poly bag, our products shelf life is 6 months in a refrigerated condition of 5 degree to 10 degree Celsius from the date of manufacture.We do not know the shelf life if kept in frozen state, but it would be considerably longer.Our price, for the boiled ball, will be U$ 2.50/Kg CFR, major EU port, by sea, reefer cargo basis.Pricing is based on a Full Container Load shipment(Approximately 15 Metric Ton).Packing is 1 Kg per poly pack. We pack about 20 ~ 30 packs per carton.The cartons are 7-ply corrugated paper made, shipping marks as you require.For the 1st order, we would need 45 ~ 60 days lead-time for the first container, mostly to get packets printed as per your country regulations etc. As well as orient ourselves with your quality, safety and national requirements.Thereafter, it would be a turnover time of 25 ~ 30 days from the date of your order.Payment terms are flexible and can be negotiated as per your convenience.We can produce 2,000 Kg per day.Apart from beef, we also use chicken and fish as ingredients in making the balls.We can also make beef, chicken and fish sausage for cats and dogs(chub type pet food).The pricing will be dependent on ingredients used, and the percentages applied.Our product is kept as natural as possible, with minimal processing only to assure safety of the pet in mind.We love our companion animals.
