Fagus ltd. Is the company with headquarters in kotor varos, republika srpska, bosnia and herzegovina was established in 1991.Owners are mr. Miroslav and branislav malijevic.At first, main activity of this company was exploit and processing fir and juniper than disposal of goods(lumber) on the market of republika srpska, bosnia and export in west europe country.In 1996 general manager mr. Miroslav malijevic together with management of the company made decision to invest in new technology and open a new section for production windows and doors. Today fagus is well known in this field.Company vision: To become a lieder on market in bosnia and herzegovina.Company mission: In cooperation with foreign experts from germany government organisation gtz(inotec institutes) and adizes institutes and others collaborators continuity make on improvement quality of products and services.Fagus ltd has a six-profit centre(pc):- pc euro banja luka,- pc sume,- pc pilana siprage,- pc gradjevinarstvo,- pc ptuc- pc hajducke vode.PC euro banja luka is located in banja luka(pilanska 3) and this is the biggest centre with 180 employees. Main activity is joinery production. PC euro banja luka has a few sub sectors like sawmills and joinery production located in maslovare, lamella production, than sub sectors for aluminium and wood-aluminium joinery.Thanks to the germany government organisation gtz(inotec institutes) sub sectors for lamella production today work with new CNC technology purchased from well-known germany producer(waining). Capacity for joinery production is 30.000(windows) per year.PC sume is located in obodnjik with 44 employees. Main activity is felling of trees and transport logs to the sawmills located in siprage and maslovare. Capacity is 75.000 m3 logs. In transport capacity is around 62.500 m3 logs.PC pilana siprage is located in siprage with 60 employees. Main activity is production of beech building materials and elements. Capacity of this centre is around 25.000 m3. In most of cases this centre works for domestic and italian market.PC ptuc is located in kotor varos and consists of gas station, cafe bar, repair service and store.This centre employed 18 workers.PC gradjevinarstvo is located in kotor varos and consists of construction department, cement department and warehouse. The centre employed 10 workers.PC hajducke vode is a tourist restaurant centre located in borje. Capacity is 160 beds, two halls for presentation, sports field and meals, which are national specialty. Here work 14 employees.The main goal is to save a brand and trust which clients, employees, collaborators, friends and others gave to the company.
