Maxtel is mainly a telecommunication equipment supplier. Our target market is the landline telephone company, Botswana Telecommunications Corporation. The market for new technology is relatively new and as such we would like to establish ourselves as a company that will bring new innovations into the market. The caller id are the first step in this endeavour. The system though well known in other countries is only now being introduced in Botswana.
